Check In Procedures

We are pleased that you are considering our campground to spend your vacation. We hope the following information will help in your planning & preparing for your stay with us.

Registration: The registration building is located immediately behind the flag pole. Please park in the parking lot and come in to register.

Check-In Time:  Campsites:  Anytime after 12 PM. Rental Trailers: Any time after 3 PM. Early check ins if available for an additional fee (please call prior to arrival)

Check-Out Time:  Campsites: Anytime before 11:30 AM  Cabins/Rental Trailers: anytime before 11:00 AM. Extensions if available for an additional fee (please contact the office the day before your departure)

Late Arrivals:  After the office has closed an envelope with your name on it will be left at our front door. Inside will be your arrival packet with a map showing you how to get to your site. Please try to set up as quietly as possible during these hours. Thank you.

Quiet Hours:  11 PM – 8 AM – Please keep voices to a whisper to respect you neighbors - thank you.

Electrical Cords & Water Hoses:  If you have reserved a campsite with utilities we recommend you bring at least a 75' electrical cord and water hose. Cords are not provided in the event the utility post is not close by.

Clothes Lines:  Are allowed. Please use a maximum of 10 feet for drying beach towels & swimsuits only. It can be attached to trees but only those on your campsite and must be taken down completely when you leave.  A coin operated laundry is available at the campground for your convenience.

Rental Trailers:  Please remember to bring your own sheets, blankets, mattress cover, pillow, towels, food, and BBQ coals. We supply the bed, bathroom, kitchen and cooking /eating utensils plus a BBQ unit outside. Please remember no pets are allowed in, around or near the trailer. No smoking is also enforced. A security deposit (credit card or cash) of $100.00 is required at check-in.

Dogs & Cats:  Maximum of 3 dogs or 3 cats or a total of 3 animals allowed per campsite. Most breeds are welcome. Some that are not are:  Dobermans, Rottweilers, Pitt-bulls, Bull Terriers or Akitas or a mixed breed of any of those listed. Please bring your dogs Rabies Certificate when camping with us.   All animals must be on a leash if outside your camping unit and dogs must not be left unattended at the campsite. Remember to bring your animal’s litter bags to dispose of in our trash dumpster.

Post Office Box:  Personal mail is not accepted. Please arrange for your mail to be delivered to:  Your name, General Delivery, North Truro Post Office, MA 02652. The post office will require you to show your ID when you pick up your mail.

Fed-x or Ups Deliveries:  We will accept your Fed-x or Ups packages at 46 Highland Road

No Wood Burning Fires Allowed: Sorry it's the law. This includes chimaeras and contained fire places.  You may have a hibachis and BBQ unit that is kept at least 2' up off the ground.

Safety Helmets:  Don't forget your safety helmets for the kids 16 years and under. It’s the law. All children 16 years and under must wear a helmet riding any kind of motor vehicle to include bicycles & pedal karts.

Motorized Children's Bikes or Vehicles: Are not allowed. Anyone driving a motorized vehicle must hold a valid driver’s license.

Skate Boards:  Skateboarding is prohibited within the park. You may want to visit the skate board park in Provincetown!

Bike Riding:  It's a fun thing to do, but do it during the day - it's not allowed after dark!

Number of Guests and/or Vehicles Allowed per Camp or Rental Trailer Site:
*     A Maximum of 6 people, one of whom must be at least 18 years of age allowed.
*     A maximum of 1 camping unit allowed and it must be parked completely off the street.
*     A maximum of 3 tents allowed on a tents-only site
*     A maximum of 3 motorbikes allowed providing there are no other vehicles on the site.
*     A maximum of 1 small 2-person tent allowed on a site accompanied by an RV
*     Primitive sites are for tents only.
*     Additional Vehicles and all boats on trailer must be parked in the parking lot
*     A camping unit is considered up to a maximum of three tents and one vehicle or one car towed behind a motorhome or one camping trailer with it's tow vehicle.

Gray or Black Water:  We have facilities to dump your gray or black water.  Our Dump Station is free to guests or a Pump-out service can be requested for a fee.  It is illegal to dump any wastewater on the ground-please help us conserve our environment.

Trash:  Please bring trash bags that can be tied. For you anglers we provide a fish cleaning table - fish cleaning at your campsite is prohibited.
